Lu Teng is an Assistant Professor of Philosophy, NYU Shanghai; Global Network Assistant Professor, NYU. Prior to this appointment, she was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Center for Philosophical Psychology at University of Antwerp. She holds a PhD from Cornell University and a BA from Wuhan University.

Professor Teng’s research interests are Epistemology and the Philosophy of Mind. Her work has appeared in Synthese and Philosophical Topics. She was awarded by Shanghai Pujiang Program a RMB 150,000 grant for two years to study the relationship between memory and imagining.
